This information is required in order to assist the emergency services.

 

KEYHOLDERS AND THEIR DUTIES

In order to comply with police policy, you are required to provide details of at least two people to be contacted in an emergency when no one is at the property.

They must:
(i) live at separate addresses within 20 minutes travelling distance of the property; and
(ii) have agreed to hold keys to the property; and
(iii) be able to operate your security system.

Keyholders must not reside at the property.  In the event that an alarm signal is received at the Alarm Receiving Centre and is not cancelled as a false alarm, we will endeavour to notify the relevant police authority and a keyholder and may request their attendance at the property.
